Cloud Storage - Video CDN [EN]
Video CDN supports Cloud Storage as an origin source. You can upload your files to a cloud storage provider and simply point the CDN to the location for import.
One key advantage of this setup is the seamless integration between Cloud Storage and Video CDN, which enables efficient content ingestion, automated processing, and optimized delivery without additional configuration overhead.
Video CDN storage and Cloud Storage are two different storages! They able to interract with each other, but stay completely separate products by design.
In the Lazy Import mechanism files are pulled from Cloud Storage over the HTTP protocol. The list of files to be imported is generated by the redirectors, based on the access logs of requests that were proxied to the origin.
